Vernalyn P. Alvarez

Verna’s practice focuses on labor and employment, litigation, and corporate, and commercial matters. Her practice also involves special projects, including extrajudicial settlement of estates, real property transactions, and intellectual property matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree as a full scholar at the University of Makati School of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026. Throughout law school, she worked full-time while pursuing her studies—an experience that shaped her into a determined and disciplined professional. Balancing the demands of work and law school taught her to make every opportunity count, approach challenges with purpose, and remain committed to seeing things through.
