Ralph Dominic V. Martinez

Atty. Ralph Dominic V. Martinez, a proud native of Tacloban City, Leyte, pursued his legal studies at the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. During law school, he was affiliated with the UST Faculty of Civil Law’s Office of the Bar Operations, where he contributed to the preparation and development of bar review materials in support of bar examination candidates. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same university, building a strong academic foundation in governance, public policy, and legal systems.

He passed the 2025 Philippine Bar Examination with a commendable rating of 87%, officially joining the legal profession that same year.

His academic training honed his analytical and advocacy skills, which he continues to apply in his legal practice.

As a practicing lawyer, he maintains a diverse practice with a primary focus on dispute resolution, labor law, and corporate practice. He likewise brings considerable experience in contract drafting and review, collections, and general legal advisory. Known for his disciplined and solutions-oriented approach, he delivers clear, strategic, and results-driven counsel tailored to each client’s needs.
