Atty. Mikhail Sam M. Baula is a legal executive with a strong foundation in corporate, taxation, and dispute resolution practice. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the FEU Institute of Law, where he developed a keen interest in both litigation and advisory work.

Prior to his current practice, Atty. Baula served as a Senior Associate at SGV & Co., one of the country’s leading professional services firms, where he focused on corporate and taxation law. His experience there provided him with extensive exposure to complex regulatory frameworks, tax advisory, and corporate structuring, equipping him with a strategic and detail-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.

At present, his practice areas include dispute resolution, labor and employment, corporate advisory, and taxation. He is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal solutions, informed by his experience in both advisory work and dispute resolution.
