Maria Crisanta M. Paloma

MC is a legal professional with a strong foundation in both journalism and law, having earned a degree in Journalism and subsequently a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas. Her background in journalism complements her legal training, equipping her with strong research, analytical, and communication skills essential to effective legal solutions and advisory work.

She began her legal career in public service, having served as a Legal Assistant under the Office of the President, where she was exposed to high-level legal and policy work. She later transitioned to the private sector, working as a Legal Compliance Specialist in a foreign servicing company, handling regulatory matters and corporate compliance requirements.

She took the Philippine Bar Examination in 2023 and successfully passed in the same year.

Her practice areas include labor law, criminal prosecution and defense, civil law, dispute resolution and arbitration, corporate secretarial services, contracts and commercial transactions, intellectual property law, administrative law, and regulatory compliance. She brings to the firm a well-rounded legal perspective, with experience in both government and corporate settings.
