Edizer A. Enriquez, CPA

Atty. Edizer A. Enriquez is a certified public accountant and accomplished legal practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in litigation, taxation, and corporate law. He leads complex civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, including arbitration and tax disputes before the different courts and adjudication bodies in the country.

Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007 and a CPA since 1999, Atty. Enriquez offers a rare and valuable dual expertise in law and finance. His comprehensive practice includes advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance, tax implications and assessments, mergers and acquisitions, and business structuring. He has also handled high-stakes tax litigation and negotiated successful settlement agreements in administrative and judicial forums.

Before joining the firm, he held senior legal roles at the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Convergence Realty Development Corporation and Belo Gozon Elma Parel Asuncion & Lucila Law Offices.  He began his legal career at the law firm of Ortega Del Castillo Bacorro Odulio Calma & Carbonell. His earlier professional background includes auditing and finance roles at Jaka Investments Corp. and Rustan Coffee, Inc. and was a professor of taxation at San Beda College-College of Arts and Sciences.

Atty. Enriquez earned both his Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Degrees from San Beda College and is an active member of the Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity.

Outside of the legal profession, Atty. Enriquez is a sports enthusiast with a passion for basketball and triathlon.
