Andrea Nicole C. Pallera

Atty. Andrea Nicole C. Pallera obtained her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from De La Salle University.

Atty. Pallera is actively involved in the Firm’s tax and corporate law practice, with a focus on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and housekeeping, tax advisory and compliance, and corporate dispute resolution.

Atty. Pallera has developed a well-rounded background in corporate compliance, contract management, and stakeholder engagement, through her experience at a conglomerate with diverse exposure to industries such as information and communication technology, logistics and shipping.
